Return Policy
FRONTRUNNERS®
reserves the right to change its payment & returns policies at any time without
prior notice. Please check back often for our latest guidelines. FRONTRUNNERS®
maintains a strict no returns policy. All sales are final. Items that arrive
damaged or defective may be returned within seven days of receipt. We will
consider a replacement item at no charge upon receipt & evaluation of your
return.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship via US Postal Priority Mail unless
otherwise specified. ORDERS GENERALLY SHIP OUT WITHIN 1 TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS &
ARRIVE ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY WITHIN THE FOLLOWING 7 BUSINESS DAYS.
Please note that, if 1 or more items are temporarily
sold out when your order is placed, these items will ship separately immediately
as they become available and our stock is replenished. This may take as little
as one week or as many as several weeks for us to receive these items from the
press, manufacturer, etc, but in almost every case, these back-ordered items
will ship out immediately (within 1-2 business days) of our receipt of those
items, as customer service is very important to us. These items will not
necessarily be marked as unavailable when you place your order but will be
clearly marked as back-ordered on your invoice when you receive your initial
shipment.
If all items in your order have to be shipped together
OR must arrive by a specific date, please convey this to the Customer Service
agent who assists you.
If you're on a particularly tight study schedule,
alternative shipping can be arranged (eg FEDEX 1, 2, or 3 day shipping) by
simply conveying your wishes to your FRONTRUNNERS®
Customer Service agent when you place your order at Toll-Free 866-MDBOARDs or
866-IMREVIEW.

Typographical Errors
In the extremely rare event that a FRONTRUNNERS®
product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, FRONTRUNNERS® reserves the
right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has
been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, FRONTRUNNERS® shall
issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination; Term
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon
your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by
FRONTRUNNERS®
without notice at any time, for any reason. FRONTRUNNERS®
reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders
without notice at any time, for any reason, including, without limitation, if
FRONTRUNNERS® believes that customer conduct violates applicable law, the Terms
of Use &/or Terms and Conditions, or is or may be harmful to the interests of
FRONTRUNNERS®.
The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark,
Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall
survive any termination.
